La Nuée is composed of :

- a general meeting of members

- a board of directors 

- committees, created as required.

The annual general meeting of members is the first decision-making body of the coop.  La Nuée ltée, in terms of its orientation, goals, objectives and priorities for action.

The board of directors oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization.
